This one captures a moment with four remarkable individuals(Along with many more professors i met )at IIM Lucknow Enterprise Incubation Centre (IIML EIC) Lucknow EIC, whose contributions to Indian entrepreneurship I deeply admire:

What stands out about these individuals isn't just their titles, but the intention behind their actions. They build institutions that believe in people before those individuals believe in themselves.
When I started Remedies Health Care, my conviction was clear: world-class physiotherapy and rehabilitation can transform lives, not just manage pain. I wasn't seeking recognition; I was driven by the importance of my work.
However, what often goes unspoken about quiet, purpose-driven work is that it compounds—through patients, trust, reputation, and growth. One day, you find yourself in a room you once couldn't have imagined, alongside people you once only read about.
Remedies Health Care, built in Ahmedabad, recognized at IIM Lucknow Enterprise Incubation Centre (IIML EIC) Lucknow EIC with Goldman Sachs. That sentence fills me with a gratitude that is hard to express.
To every woman building something real—balancing patient calls and school runs, sleepless nights and early mornings, self-doubt and the courage to show up—know that the world is not ignoring you. It is watching and will meet you where your work takes you.
