No buddy cares about your health or nobody care about your comfort which should be in priority as client, such a pathetic business run around city and sometimes we feel about i mean if well status people don’t bother then Why as personal trainer we feel bad ? Might be because we are paying tax and that’s the main source of income for management😡👊

… If it’s Meant to Be

Sit quietly for 15 minutes every day to gather your thoughts, unless you’re too busy, in which case you should sit for an hour. The best time to pause and take a deep breath and bring clarity to your daily circumstances and decisions is when you don’t have time for it. That’s when you stop chasing the wrong things and give the right things a chance to catch you. Remember this, the world is as we are inside. What we think, we see, and we ultimately become. So gather and choose your thoughts wisely. Think how you want to live. Today, don’t force anything. Do your best, then let it be. If it’s meant to be, it will be. Don’t hold yourself down with things you can’t control. Instead, control how you respond. In your response is your greatest power in the long run.
