In this case discussion, we discuss a patient with post-RK (Radial Keratotomy) cornea suffering from fluctuating vision for 15–20 years.
Post-RK corneas can be highly unpredictable due to corneal instability and irregular astigmatism, making spectacle correction difficult. After detailed evaluation, the patient was managed with a Scleral Contact Lens, achieving BCVA 6/6 ✨
A reminder that even complex corneal cases can often be rehabilitated without surgery with the right diagnosis and customized approach.
