“Deep infiltrating pelvic Endometriosis- conservative surgery “

This young woman’s story is one of courage and healing. She suffered from severe abdominal pain, dysmenorrhea, menorrhagia, and relentless constipation that stole away her peace. MRI revealed deep infiltrating endometriosis with endometrioma, re**al tenting, and involvement of both uterosacral ligaments. Through conservative surgery, her pain was lifted, her symptoms disappeared, and her hope was restored. She was encouraged to try for natural conception—and today, she is 20 weeks pregnant, glowing and doing well. It is an honour to be invited as a Faculty and Speaker at Indian Society for Assisted Reproduction (ISAR) 2026 in Ahmedabad. I had the privilege of delivering a talk on “Bladder Endometriosis and Infertility”, sharing my clinical experience and insights on this complex and challenging condition.
