Nutrifood started as an MBA marketing project—but after years later, its growin g into something more meaningful for me.
Every day, we eat food that fuels our bodies, yet most of us were never truly educated about nutrition. Indian diets, while rich in culture and tradition, are often heavily carbohydrate-driven, and over time this can impact our overall health.
