Some days are truly special — they remind us why we do what we do.
This young warrior, admitted with aHUS and MODS, fought through hemodialysis, plasma exchange, and immunosuppression. Today, he’s off dialysis for a month, maintaining a creatinine of 2.5 on oral treatment alone.
Moments like these make the sleepless nights worth it — and I’m deeply grateful I chose this profession. 💙
