They may be unexplained work absence or sudden unexplained drops in work performance or a sudden change in a person's nature like unexplained irritability or unexplained sadness or silences, poor sleep, changes in appetite or sudden interest into philosophical aspects of life/ life after death etc. or sudden indulgence into various forms of addictions like alcoholism. su***de can be impulsive as well as planned. Neurodiversity, what is it?

‘Neurodiversity’ describes the different ways that people’s brains develop.
Everyone’s brain is unique but the majority of us have Brains which function in a similar way to others. That is, how we experience the world around us and how we are going to react to it. This is broadly called as NeuroTypical.
Neurodiversity includes
BOTH
NeuroTypical and NeuroDivergent people.
NeuroDivergence describes people whose brains have developed differently & hence perceiving the world around us differently & ultimately reacting to things differently than the majority. This, includes people with autism spectrum disorder,ADHD, dyslexia, dyscalculia, developmental language disorder and Tourette syndrome. The list of neurodivergent brain types is ever changing as we continue to learn more.
While NeuroTypical people are prone to groupthink & group conformity ,NeuroDivergent people often see things from perspectives that add to our understanding of the world 🌎
