It was 2 years ago, when I was frustrated with my extra tummy fat. It was tough for me to go about doing work with a bulged-out stomach. And that was when I realised that being fat is not the only option I have. I decided to work on my body and restore my food habits just to get a proper toned body. I still thank myself for that decision. The same year, I took an initiative to help those who have to face the same problem as me. After 2 extremely hard and tiresome years of research and training, I can finally assist people to find their fitness. I am available to all my fellows who demand for a better physique through easy and natural strategy.
