As a disabled citizen, I strongly support the vision of a Nasha Mukta Bharat a drug-free India where every young person chooses hope, education, and humanity over addiction. Drug abuse is silently destroying families, dreams, and the future of our society. We may have physical disabilities, but we clearly understand the pain that addiction brings to homes and communities. True strength is not found in drugs, but in discipline, courage, and positive thinking. Together, let us raise awareness, support those fighting addiction, and work towards building a healthier, safer, and brighter India for future generations.

In the modern era, persons with disabilities still face many serious challenges in their daily lives, especially because of poor accessibility systems. One of the biggest problems is the lack of ramps in public and private places. Whenever a disabled person needs to visit an office, hospital, college, school, government department, or any private sector building, they often struggle because proper ramp facilities are missing. Even visiting important officials like the DC office becomes difficult when buildings are not designed for everyone. Sadly, this issue is not limited to offices only; even many mosques and community places do not have ramps, making access hard for disabled individuals. This creates a feeling of exclusion, as if persons with disabilities are being kept away from society, despite being equal members of it. They have the same rights, dignity, and need for participation as everyone else. Therefore, every newly constructed building must include ramps and other accessibility features so that disabled persons can move freely, independently, and with respect. An inclusive society is one where no one is left behind

The Global Shift: Humanitarianism vs. Remilitarization but the end result being suffering of humanity.
At a time when the world's non-profits are focused on healing humanity and the environment, Japan’s shift toward a more aggressive military posture is causing alarm. For many, these policy changes evoke the era of 1943, raising fears of a return to a more militarized past—an era that resulted in unparalleled human suffering and saw experiments on living beings as a pinnacle of cruelty.
1. The "Pacifist" Era is Ending
Japan has recently made historic moves that end decades of post-war restraint:
Lethal Arms Exports: For the first time since 1967, Japan has scrapped its ban on exporting lethal weapons. In early 2026, it signed its largest-ever arms deal to provide frigates to Australia.
Record Defense Spending: The 2026 defense budget reached approximately 10.6 trillion yen, marking twelve consecutive years of increases.
Counter-Strike Capabilities: The government has embraced a "denial strategy," building long-range missiles—a major departure from its strictly "defense-only".
Buildup however might be response to regional tensions with China and North Korea, not an ambition to rule other nations ultimately will result into the more deaths and destruction and human suffering the activists more often than not are worried about.
Despite of being a democratic the current government is more hawkish, the public remains wary of full remilitarization.
Is Japan returning to imperial expansion to amilitary power. This shift is accelerated by the volatile 2026 landscape and U.S. insistence on ally responsibility.
These geopolitical events deeply trouble the conscience of disability activists—many of whom live with severe disabilities themselves. While they dedicate their lives to running organizations that rehabilitate and empower others, such global shifts threaten the very progress and peace they work so hard to achieve.🤔🤔💔💔🤔🤔♿♿♿

Faiqa Gulzar from Anantnag is a symbol of quiet strength and unbreakable determination. Living with a spinal cord injury, her daily life comes with challenges that many cannot even imagine, yet she faces each day with courage and dignity. What makes her truly inspiring is not just her condition, but her mindset—she continues to work hard, push her limits, and move forward with hope in her heart. Her journey reflects resilience, patience, and an inner strength that refuses to give up. Faiqa is not defined by her injury; instead, she is defined by her bravery, her dreams, and her powerful will to rise above every obstacle

This Ramadan, as we seek mercy and forgiveness, let us not forget those who are silently suffering.

There are individuals among us with severe disabilities that have rendered them to a wheelchair for life. Many are also battling severe bedsores—painful conditions that require specialized treatment and care.

They are not asking for luxury—only dignity, relief, and a chance to live without constant pain.

Your donation can:
Provide critical medical care
Support treatment for severe bedsores
Restore comfort, dignity, and independence
Bring hope to families in distress

The Prophet ﷺ taught us that the best of people are those who benefit others.

Let this Ramadan be the one where your charity transforms lives.

Donate with sincerity. Give with compassion.

BRAIN- COMPUTER INTERFACE (BCI)
How BCI Works with Spinal Cord Injury
When a person has a spinal cord injury, the brain still sends signals to move the limbs, but those signals are blocked at the site of the injury (the "disconnect").
The Brain: Sensors (either a wearable cap or a tiny implant) "listen" to your brain waves when you think about moving.
The Computer: A computer decodes those electrical signals into digital commands.
The Action: Those commands bypass the spinal cord entirely and are sent to an external device like a robotic arm, a computer cursor, or even a specialized stimulator on your muscles.
Latest Breakthroughs (2025–2026)
Thought-Driven Walking: In recent trials (like those by ONWARD Medical in early 2026), researchers have successfully used a "digital bridge." This connects a BCI in the brain directly to a stimulator on the spinal cord below the injury, allowing paralyzed individuals to stand and walk naturally just by thinking about it.
Restoring Touch: New BCI systems are now being tested that don't just help you move, but also send signals back to the brain, allowing some users to "feel" textures or temperature again.
Non-Invasive Options: While implants are the most accurate, there are new "headset" versions (EEG-based) that don't require surgery and can help users control wheelchairs or type on a screen using only their thoughts.
