Prãna- Traditional Hatha Yoga Specially designed classes based on the Sivananda Tradition of practising Hatha Yoga. The breathing aspect of yoga can benefit heart rate and blood pressure.

The ancient tradition of Hatha Yoga regards the body as a vehicle for the soul in its journey towards perfection, hence the Asanas (or the steady poses) performed slowly and consciously are designed to develop not only the body, but broaden the mental faculties and spiritual capacities. Hatha Yoga's combined focus on mindfulness, breathing and physical movements, brings health benefits with regu

lar practice. Yoga practitioners report better sleep, increased energy levels and muscle tone, relief from muscle pain and stiffness, improved circulation and overall better general health. Through this specially designed 4 week training, you will be introduced to the Sivananda system of practicing Hatha yoga, enabling you to inculcate these techniques in your daily life. About the Sivananda system :

The Sivananda system is based on the teachings of Swami Sivananda and Swami Vishnudevananda which is the traditional, exact and easy to learn method of Hatha Yoga that aims at a complete overhaul of the entire being. About the teacher:

Roohi is a registered Shiromani under the Sivananda tradition and is a graduate of the Teachers Training Course at the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre.
