ECG आणि Echo नॉर्मल आले म्हणजे हार्टच्या आर्टरी नक्कीच नॉर्मल असतात का? ❌
असं नेहमीच नसतं!

ECG आणि Echo हे हार्टची इलेक्ट्रिकल अ‍ॅक्टिव्हिटी आणि पंपिंग फंक्शन दाखवतात,
पण हार्टच्या आर्टरीमध्ये ब्लॉकेज आहे की नाही हे कळण्यासाठी ते पुरेसे नसतात.

🚨 छातीत दुखणं
🚶‍♂️ चालताना दम लागणे
😰 घाम येणे
💥 अचानक हार्ट अटॅक —
हे सगळं ECG आणि Echo नॉर्मल असतानाही होऊ शकतं.

➡️ योग्य वेळी TMT, CT Coronary Angiography किंवा Angiography गरजेची ठरू शकते.
