📅 MON – WED | BUILD PHASE
Stick to your regular meals. No changes.
✅ Protein: minimum 1.5g per kg of body weight — every single day. Non-negotiable.

📅 THURSDAY | LOAD UP
🔹 Push your complex carbs high — rice, oats, sweet potato, banana, multigrain bread
🔹 Bump protein to 2g per kg of body weight
🔹 Fiber can be high today — vegetables, legumes, whole grains are all fine

📅 FRIDAY | TAPER DOWN
🔹 Switch to simple carbs — white rice, idli, dosa, white bread
🔹 Keep fiber medium — don’t overdo vegetables or salads
🔹 Drop protein back to 1.5g per kg
🔹 Sleep by 10pm tonight. This is as important as your nutrition 🙏
