This is not a standard job format.
You come in with ₹25L (your committed skin-in-the-game)
You receive shares in The Wellness Junxion (small but meaningful)
You start drawing salary from Month 6 onwards
You join at pre-seed, ahead of our targeted Series A in ~18 months
We’re raising ₹2.5 Cr for ~10% at an indicative ₹25 Cr valuation with a clear roadmap to ₹60–80 Cr at Series A if we hit our milestones.
Where we’re going (high level)
Months 1–6: Kerala, Bengaluru, Mumbai; 30K customers, 1K vendors, ₹6 Cr GMV
Months 7–12: 5-city expansion; 1.5L customers, 5K vendors, ₹36 Cr GMV
Month 18: Series A readiness
Month 28: Profitability with strong unit economics (CAC ~₹350, LTV ~₹1,200, 85% gross margin)
