At 36, Dhiren, an IT professional from Vadodara, found himself at a difficult crossroad. Years of a sedentary lifestyle in the high-pressure tech sector had taken a serious toll on his health. Weighing 89 kg and wearing XXL clothing, he battled constant lethargy and brain fog. His health challenges included grade 1 fatty liver, pre-diabetes (HbA1c 5.9) and thyroid issues (TSH 6.5). For the past 10 years, he had been on medication to manage high blood pressure, which frequently registered at 150/90, alongside persistent allergies and low stamina.

After seeing transformation stories on a friend’s page, Dhiren joined the Wellness Atlas Community. There, he replaced “quick fixes” with a holistic approach built on expert guidance and sustainable habits.

Through consistent effort and coaching, Dhiren underwent a remarkable transformation. He lost 21 kg, dropping from XXL to size M. His blood pressure stabilized to a healthy 125/80–85 and he has gained freedom from the BP medication he had been taking for the past 10 years. His HbA1c improved to 5.1, his TSH levels reduced to 4.0 and his grade 1 fatty liver is now in remission. The chronic allergies that once slowed him down have also resolved.

Dhiren now has vibrant energy and a renewed sense of purpose. He is deeply grateful for his coach’s guidance and the Community that empowered him to build a healthier life. He has rewritten his story, trading chronic fatigue and medication for lasting vitality and strength.
