Back to our roots at Panjadka… 🙏🏽✨

Witnessing the sacred Bhoota Kola of Panjurli, Kalkuda & Varthe performed by Ravi Panara and team was deeply spiritual and emotional for all of us as a family.

In moments like these, I miss my father even more… remembering how he believed in these traditions, respected our Daivas, and kept us connected to our roots. His presence was truly felt in every prayer and blessing tonight. ❤️

As doctors, we often realize that beyond science and skill, there is a divine force guiding our hands and protecting our patients.

May these beautiful traditions continue for generations to come. 🙏🏽

Some injuries demand more than routine treatment…
they demand rethinking the approach itself.

A 22-year-old young girl came to us after a devastating road accident with a severe open-book pelvic fracture (windswept pelvis) and a complex degloving injury involving the perineum and gluteal region.

In most such cases, an external fixator is used.

But here, that would have interfered with wound care—potentially worsening outcomes.

So we chose a different path.

Using robotic-assisted precision, we performed bilateral iliosacral screw fixation, stabilizing the pelvis without an external frame.

✔ Better stability
✔ Improved wound access
✔ Reduced infection risk
✔ Accurate screw placement

Sometimes, innovation in surgery is not about doing more—
it’s about doing what is right for that patient.

❤️ Dad & Me — A Realisation Too Late for Many of Us

When we are small… Dad is our hero.

Then we grow up… and we start questioning him.

We argue, we ignore, we think we know better…

But life has a way of teaching us what Dad was trying to teach all along.

My father didn’t mould me with big speeches.

He shaped me with values, discipline, sacrifice and silent strength.

Today when I look back at my journey…

I realise that every strong decision I made, every time I chose integrity over convenience, every time I stayed grounded despite success… it was his blessings and his upbringing working through me.

please don’t wait.

Because one day… you will miss even the things you once complained about.
