Ingredients for Aloo Egg Curry:

-Boiled eggs- 5

- Potatoes, Boiled

To mix in the boiled eggs & peeled and halved

potatoes: - Salt- 1/4 tsp

- Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp

Onion, fine chopped- 2 medium

Ginger garlic paste-2 tsp

Whole spices:

Bay leaf-2

- Dried red chilli- 1

- Cumin seeds- 1/2

- Cardamom- 2

- Cloves- 4

- Cinnamon- 2 small sticks

- Turmeric powder- 1 tsp (1/2 tsp to mix in the potatoes & eggs before frying & balance while cooking)

- Red Chilli powder- 1 tsp

- Cumin powder- 1/2 tsp

- Coriander powder-2 tsp

- Garam Masala powder- 1/2 tsp

- Oil- 3 tbsp

- Salt-3/4 tsp

- Coriander leaves, chopped 3 tbsp
