Homemade chicken soup for slow evenings and nourishing moments

🥣 Recipe:
• 1 tsp butter/olive oil
• 4–5 garlic cloves (chopped)
• 1 small onion (finely chopped)
• 1 small carrot (chopped)
• Shredded boiled chicken
• 3 cups chicken stock/water
• Salt & pepper to taste
• Spring onion/coriander for garnish

Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant. Add carrots and chicken, then pour in the stock. Let it simmer gently until everything comes together beautifully. Finish with pepper and fresh herbs ✨
