🔹 Grade 1 (Mild)
Small strain, stable knee
👉 No surgery, rehab is enough

🔹 Grade 2 (Partial Tear)
Some instability
👉 Depends on your lifestyle

* Active individuals → often rehab works

🔹 Grade 3 (Complete Tear)
