These powerful steps if done consistently, help in reducing belly fat. And do not underestimate even one among them.

1. Protein rich meals - include protein in every meal

2. Strength training - resistance training is crucial for muscles. Period !

3. Daily walking - Do not sit at one place for a long time. Keep walking, keep moving.

4. Sleep - 7-8 hours sound sleep is important

5. Stress management - find a support system, give time for your hobby.
