📢 DINNER MEAL PLATE SERIES 🍽️
I always share my lunch plates, and so many of you have been asking to see my dinners too—so here they are!

I rarely use my phone at dinner time because I’m usually absolutely famished and can’t wait to eat. 😄 I don’t spend time making my plate look picture-perfect either. Most days, I simply repeat the veggies from lunch.
The quantity of foods vary depending on what I had for my snack. If my snack was carb-heavy, my dinner is usually protein-focused.If I skipped my snack, my dinner tends to be earlier and little heavy.
While all are homemade meals , portion controlled and nutritious , I don’t follow the exact same portions or balanced meals  every day.

I believe in eating according to my hunger, activity levels, and what my body needs that day. 💚

There isn’t one “perfect” plate—consistency over time matters far more than perfection at every meal 💪🏼⁣⁣⁣⁣

Natural superfood for PMOS 🍈

If you have PMOS (previously called PCOS) don’t overlook muskmelon. It naturally contains inositol, a nutrient that is well researched for its role in managing insulin sensitivity, hormonal balance, and overall metabolic health.

Why add it to your diet?
• Supports healthy insulin function
• Hydrating and antioxidant-rich
• A simple seasonal fruit

Remember, no single food can treat PCOS/PMOS, but small, consistent nutrition choices can support better hormonal health.

➡️ This is not a cure/treatment for PMOS. Kindly consult a gynaecologist and nutritionist for a holistic approach to treatment. Do not self diagnose or supplement without qualified advice. Do not consume inositol rich foods in excess especially if you are diabetic.

One thing I always tell my clients is this: healthy eating doesn’t begin with your meals. It begins with your grocery cart.

The truth is, finding products made with better quality ingredients takes time. Reading labels, comparing brands, and checking what’s actually inside can get overwhelming.

That’s why I like shopping on . They’ve consciously curated products with better quality ingredients, which makes grocery shopping so much simpler.

If you’ve been thinking of trying it, their Birthday Party Sale is on till 12th July, with some great offers and trial packs starting at just ₹19.

Better meals start with better ingredients.

Your health report is more than just a list of numbers—it’s your body’s feedback, telling you it’s time to make a change. It doesn’t define you; it guides you.

Seeing high blood sugar, fatty liver, high BP, or low iron doesn’t mean you need to cut out entire food groups or start taking supplements without guidance. Small, evidence-based nutrition changes can make a huge difference than extreme diets.

1. Eat your meals in the right order.
2. Focus on reducing added sugar, refined carbs, and alcohol—include healthy fats.
3. Reading food labels.
4. Understanding food and nutrient interactions.

The right nutrition strategy depends on the root cause, not social media myths.

Which of these surprised you the most? Let me know in the comments.
