Covid mild cases
Tab Dfz or defza 6 mg twice daily for five days
Tab cepodem 200 mg twice daily for five days
Otrivin nasal drops once daily two drops for five days,( if cold is present),
Pan d twice daily for five days
Cobadex czs daily one for 10 days
Uprise d3 60 k weekly One for four weeks
Dolo 650 mg 1/2 if fever between 99-100,
Full if above 100
Check Oxygen saturation five minutes after meals thrice a day or whenever breathlessness is there
A saturation under 92% is bad ,92-94% borderline above 95% normal,
If saturation is mild low 92-94% can take portable oxygen 2L , available 10,12,18,20,40 L online Amazon or other sources
Portable oxygen only for borderline cases 92-94% oxygen ,low oxygen saturation must consult DR's and Accordingly do needful or go to hospital
Those with Wheezing and phlegm add
Doxyphylline 400 mg twice daily for five days
Those with Wheezing can also add nebulization
Duolin plus budecort( 0.5) twice daily. 5-7 minutes
Daily Five times Gargling with nice warm water
Nose rinsing vigorously five times a day
Sunbath 15-20 minutes
Drink more water increase intake carrot ,papaya ,apple , watermelon
Strictly avoid cold drinks ,curds etc
Avoid fried food
