We started EatShudh as a platform for people who are looking for healthy ways of living and want to avoid any kind of adulteration in their food. Our process is simple, we procure the finest quality products from the major centers in India and then process it in the best way to conserve the nutrients and serve them fresh directly to you without compromising on quality. Whole-grain kernels have thr

ee parts that make up a grain - the bran, the germ and the endosperm. The bran provides fiber, protein and vitamins that are important for a healthy digestive system. The germ provides vitamins and fatty acids that are necessary for healthy brain function. The endosperm contains starches, carbohydrates, protein, iron and vitamins. Stoneground milling, which is done in a cool and gentle way, retains these vitamins and nutrients. On the other hand, industrially ground flour is milled using high speed rollers that heat the grains. In this process the bran and the germ are removed or burnt because of high temperatures of the industrial high speed rollers, and in process minerals, fats, fiber and vitamins are also lost leaving flour with empty calories.
