Most people think pain comes suddenly…
But as a physiotherapist, I see the truth.
It builds slowly.
From small habits you ignore every day.
• Moving wrong
• Ignoring early pain
• Copying random exercises
• Choosing intensity over consistency
• Skipping control
• Delaying treatment
Pain is not the real problem.
Uncorrected movement is.
Don’t wait for your body to force you to stop.
Start taking care of it before it’s too late.

Not all exercises are meant for your body.
What works for others might actually be increasing your pain.
Exercise is medicine šŸ’Š
But only when it’s right for YOUR condition, YOUR body, YOUR movement pattern.
Doing the wrong exercise repeatedly =
More pain
Delayed recovery
Risk of injury
Start focusing on the right movement, not more movement.
If your pain isn’t improving, maybe it’s time to change the approach, not increase effort.

As a physiotherapist, high pain tolerance doesn’t impress me… it concerns me.
The people who say ā€œit’s okay, I can manageā€
are usually the ones who ignored it the longest.
Pain is not something to push through
it’s your body asking for attention.
When you keep ignoring it,
your body adapts, compensates, and slowly breaks down.
By the time it actually stops you…
it’s no longer a small problem.
Listen early. Treat early. Move better.

ā€œI Googled some exercises and did them because my aunt’s son told me toā€¦ā€ šŸ™„
I get it.
You just want your pain to go away as quickly as possible.
But here’s the truth šŸ‘‡
Not every exercise is meant for every body.
Not every pain has the same cause.
And what worked for someone else… might actually make things worse for you.
Physiotherapy is not random exercises.
It’s assessment.
It’s understanding your body.
It’s treating the root cause not just the symptoms.
So next time,
don’t just follow Google or random advice.
Get assessed.
Get guided.
Get better the right way.
