Sharing the Kaizen process with the budding young golfers of the Tarun Sardesai Golf Academy. These children are training to become some of the best golfers at an international level with the super awesome and dedicated team of coaches, fitness experts, nutritionists and an entire gamut of support systems & staff at Kolar. It is a joy to see the commitment, confidence and focus that these young kids are displaying at such an early age.

Meeting my princess after ages.. such joy to see your little girl blossom into this beautiful independent woman and to be best friends with her.. the best thing I heard from her was- “ mom when i was asked , when was the last time I lied to you.. i just couldn’t remember having lied to you..” and that is something I will cherish for a long long time.. to be best friends with your children is the bestest thing that could happen to a parent. what better valentines gift can I ask for

I booked a hatha yoga class for 6 am at cult this morning and ended up going to the wrong centre😅 So I decided to make up for it by doing an early morning ride and ended up having the most amazing time riding to my sisters place, having the most amazing soft as flowers idli and yummy chutney before heading back home.
