Sweet maple, smoky spices, and a creamy hummus base —
a little bowl of comfort that comes together in minutes!
Here's the detailed recipe
Ingredients
Carrots (peeled & cut) 200-250g
D for Delish Classic Hummus 150-180g
Seasoning Blend
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Jeera (cumin) powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/4tsp
Olive oil 1tbsp
Maple syrup 2tsp
Glaze
Maple syrup 1tbsp
Method
Toss the carrots with paprika, jeera powder, salt, olive oil, and a touch of maple syrup.
Air fry at 170°C for 5 minutes.
Remove, drizzle a little more maple syrup, and air fry again for a few more minutes until caramelised and glossy.
Spread a generous layer of D for Delish Classic Hummus on a plate.
Place the warm glazed carrots on top.
Finish with chopped pista and fresh parsley.
