Many of you asked me to share one practical takeaway. Here it is—the Eisenhower Matrix.

Most of us spend our lives in Quadrant I: Urgent and Important—emergencies, deadlines, and crises.

But real progress, personal growth, better health, meaningful relationships, and long-term success happen in Quadrant II: Important but Not Urgent.

And if you haven’t already, I highly recommend Stephen Covey’s The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People—a timeless book that beautifully expands on this philosophy.
