HEALTH + FITNESS = HIGH PERFORMANCE. I strongly believe that a fit body and a healthy mind leads to a high quality life. Let’s optimize our physical, mental and emotional well being so that we can serve, contribute, lead, impact, inspire, motivate not only our family but also our community. Beside doing a full time job as IT professional in an MNC, I have a strong penchant to help others in achieving a healthy lifestyle. I am also a fitness enthusiast and did various training programs myself since 2011. In the course of past few years, I have read books related to nutrition and fitness written by prominent experts, read scientific researches to gain knowledge and expertise in various topics. By practically implementing the learning(s), I have experimented various lifestyle practices on myself to realize their pros and cons. I keep searching for the latest scientific studies and researches in the field of health and nutrition to provide my best guidance possible to my clients. Most importantly I have put that knowledge into practice by experimenting it on myself in terms of training plans, diet plans and supplements. I intend to share this knowledge and my practical exposure in this website so that you could try it if it suits you. In recent times I became more keen on ‘ Bio-hacking’. Bio-hacking is essentially the practice of changing our bio-chemistry and our physiology through science and self-experimentation to energize and enhance our bodies. It includes implementing lifestyle changes that improve the overall functioning of your body. In the process of Bio-hacking I have been diligently following various forms of Intermittent Fasting, Meditation Techniques, Nutritional Supplements, exercise routines, diets etc.,
Right amount of physical exercise, a nutritious diet, optimum rest(sleep) and mindfulness – can transform ourselves physically, mentally and emotionally. “Perseverance, facing the challenges and fears, choosing the right thing, pushing that extra mile when we are exhausted, going through the pain now for a greater benefit later, patience, discipline, consistency, resisting temptations to stay focused on our objective, breaking our limitations” – are some of the few qualities that would be developed when we consistently pursue ‘Human Optimization’. The overall well being we achieve during this process of self-optimization would be extended to other aspects of our personal and professional lives to experience overall wellbeing. By sharing information and spreading awareness, I hope to serve and contribute to your overall well-being.
