This Light is not the physical light. It is very subtle and

pervades the higher subtler realms. It can be accessed by thought, Meditation and by extending our Awareness. It can help us in every way at the individual as well as the global levels. What is Light Channelling? It is allowing the Light to descend into us by intending and then spreading it around the entire world. Our body transforms the higher frequency of the Light to a grosser level. How does Channelling Light help? The vibrations from the Light reach all beings and nature. They carry the energies of Healing, Love, Peace and Positivity. They help Transformation. We will be better human beings. Our world will be a better world. How does it help the individual? The quality of our thoughts, emotions and actions improve. Conflicts reduce. Efficiency improves. Our life will be a better one. Who can channel Light? Anyone and everyone can channel Light. Is any preparation required? No preparation is required; except the desire to change ourselves and the world. Are there any restrictions? What is the technique of channelling Light? Imagine an ocean of Light above you. Imagine the Light descending and filling up your body. Then, experience the Love and Peace of the Light for a minute and then, imagine it spreading out gradually to your home, locality, country and the world.

We know that humility makes a person respect the other person. We start respecting the other personโ€™s emotions, the other personโ€™s thoughts, the other personโ€™s opinions. Each is different. We are billions of people on this earth. Each one is different. We accept the other person as he is without any conflict. Humility makes us listen to the other person. Because I respect the other man, I listen to him, I respect his views. Listening to others is very difficult. When we start listening to others, we also start understanding the other point of view. Then there is an understanding, if not total agreement; we understand at least. We differ respectfully, and there is less disharmony. There is more harmony. Itโ€™s a very simple thing. We understand all these things normally, and we also make notes, but we donโ€™t apply them in life.
