We did something pretty cool this month!!!

We took Enso to campus - joining Jyoti Nivas College’s su***de prevention initiative for a day of conversations, connection, reflection, and a whole lot of heart.

Here’s a little glimpse of what it looked like 🌸

Want us to come to your campus? Drop us a DM.

We bring these pop-ups to colleges at no cost 🫶🏼

Sometimes, your body knows before you have the words 🌿

Somatic healing offers a gentle way to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with what’s happening within you - beyond just what you can think or talk through.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck, or carrying stress in your body, somatic work may offer another way to explore what you’re experiencing.

It can be a space to notice, understand, and work with your body at your own pace 🤍

✨ Online somatic healing sessions are now available at Enso Wellness, for both existing and new clients.

Sessions are 45–60 minutes and can be explored independently or alongside talk therapy

📩 WhatsApp us at +91 9910066811 to book your session.

What happens when a campus comes together for conversations that matter? 🫶🏼

A day of honest exchanges, open minds, little moments of connection, and a beautiful reminder that sometimes, a few words can mean a lot.

We’re grateful to have been part of JNC’s initiative to create space for dialogue around su***de prevention. Thank you, JNC, for having us 🤍

Think your campus could use a space like this? 🌸 Our college pop-ups are offered at no cost. WhatsApp us at +91 9910066811 to know more.

When someone you care about is hurting, it’s natural to want to do everything you can to make it better.

But supporting someone doesn’t mean taking on all of their pain or feeling responsible for fixing it.

You can listen. You can stay. You can remind them they’re not alone. And you can help them find the support they need - while still taking care of yourself.

Because being there for someone doesn’t mean being there at the cost of yourself. Setting boundaries, taking a step back when you need to, and asking for support yourself can all be part of caring.

It allows you to show up better and more present for them.

Save this for when caring for someone starts to feel heavy, and share it with someone who might need the reminder 🫂

Would you notice if someone you know was struggling?

Sometimes, the signs aren’t as obvious as we expect. Someone can be struggling without talking about it, looking upset, or asking for help.

It can show up subtly - changes in behaviour, pulling away, seeming unusually quiet, or simply not being quite themselves.

We may not always notice the signs, and we may not always know what to say. But paying a little more attention, checking in, and creating space to talk can make a difference.

Sometimes, care starts with noticing 🤍

Maybe you’re not lazy. Maybe you’re just running on empty.

Burnout doesn’t always look like working 12-hour days and completely falling apart. Sometimes, it looks like procrastinating, struggling to start simple tasks, losing motivation, or needing far more rest than usual.

Before you call yourself lazy, pause and ask:

“Am I unwilling to do this - or do I simply not have the capacity right now?”

The difference matters.

If even the smallest tasks feel like too much lately, maybe it’s worth talking to someone about what’s going on. Sometimes, a little support and the right tools can make it easier to understand what’s really going on and what might help 🤍
