Hatha Yoga-beginners level - Introductory level yoga asanas , pranayama , meditation and deep relaxation.(Mixed classes for ladies and gents)

Level I for those who are thorough with the beginners level. Post-natal Yoga for women to tone up after delivery. Extra-gentle classes for people who have some special needs. The poses are modified to suit the ability of the each person. Y

Timings: Monday to Friday, 2 batches, 8.15-9.15am and 10-11am. Office hours:8am -12.30pm. For individual classes and Saturday/Sunday appointments (between 10am-12 noon) contact the center. Clothing: Wear loose fitting clothes that do not obstruct your movements. Food: Preferably food should be taken before 2 hours. Water can be drunk half an hour before the class. Sivashakti Yoga, Bangalore has a charitable wing, named Sivashakti International Voluntary Agency(S.I.V.A.). SIVA will be involved in the social and environmental activities where ever it is needed in India and around the world without any barriers.
