Most yoga books begin with certainty.
“This is yoga.” “This is how it benefits you.” “This is correct alignment.”
This book begins with uncertainty.
When I started teaching, I noticed we all gravitate toward safe questions:
How long should I hold this pose? How many breaths? Is this right?
But the real questions, quiet, uncomfortable, and alive were deeper:
Why do I feel more anxious after yoga sometimes?
If yoga is union, why do I feel more separate?
What if my calm is just avoidance?
So I collected these questions from students, teachers, texts, and my own practice.
And that became my book: 100 Questions in Yoga You Didn’t Know You Should Ask.
Because yoga was never meant to be easy.
It was meant to be transformative.
And transformation begins… not with answers, but with questions.
