After 40, our bodies change, but muscle loss (sarcopenia) is NOT irreversible. Resistance training is the ultimate “fountain of youth” strategy.
It’s not about being a bodybuilder. It’s about:
1️⃣ Maintaining independence.
2️⃣ Protecting your joints.
3️⃣ Keeping your metabolism high.
If you’re over 40, 2-3 days a week of strength training is non-negotiable.
