🚀 We're Hiring | Medical Scribe Trainer
Are you passionate about mentoring, coaching, and shaping the next generation of medical scribes? Join OG Healthcare as a Medical Scribe Trainer and play a key role in developing high-performing professionals.
What you'll do:
✅ Train and mentor new medical scribes through structured training programs
✅ Help trainees build the skills required to succeed in live provider environments
✅ Drive learning excellence using OG Healthcare's training methodologies

We're looking for someone who has:
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience as a Primary Scribe
✔ Doctor Approved (DA) status on 2 providers
✔ Completed 10 or more provider coverages in the last 6 months
✔ Successfully trained a replacement to DA-level competency
✔ No more than one quality issue as a Primary Scribe in the last 6 months
✔ Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
✔ Strong collaboration, emotional intelligence, and a positive attitude
✔ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Generative AI tools (such as Claude and other AI-based automation tools)
✔ Willingness to work night shifts and from the office
