🧠World Parkinson’s Day | Raising Awareness Matters
Parkinson’s disease is often misunderstood and, in many cases, diagnosed late—especially in our country where early symptoms are easily overlooked or attributed to aging.
From delayed diagnosis to social stigma and limited access to specialized care, patients in India face several challenges that can impact their quality of life. However, with increased awareness and timely medical intervention, we can significantly improve outcomes and help individuals lead more independent and dignified lives.
Early signs should never be ignored. Awareness is the first step toward better care.
Let us take a moment this World Parkinson’s Day to spread knowledge, support those affected, and encourage timely consultation.
