r the bilaminate is Hydrophilic / Exudate absorbing which remains in the contact of wound and leads to sccafold formation and faster tissue regenaration. The smooth surface is hydrophobic in nature and prevents moisture, dust and bacterial entry yet allows free passage of air through pores of the film.
