Key Responsibilities
✅ Oversee day-to-day hospital facility operations and maintenance
✅ Ensure smooth functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, medical gas, DG, and utility systems
✅ Supervise housekeeping, security, and support services
✅ Coordinate preventive maintenance and vendor management activities
✅ Ensure NABH, Fire Safety, Biomedical Waste, and statutory compliance
✅ Monitor facility budgets, cost control, and operational efficiency
✅ Maintain hospital infrastructure, equipment records, and asset management systems
✅ Lead emergency preparedness, safety audits, and risk management initiatives
What We're Looking For
✔ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
✔ Experience in hospital facility management
✔ Knowledge of healthcare compliance and safety standards
✔ Ability to manage vendors, teams, and operations effectively
