| In a tragic turn of events in district, a 29-year-old lost her life due to a negligent dental procedure performed by an unlicensed practitioner. After a extraction gone wrong, her deteriorated rapidly, prompting a desperate search for the individual responsible, who has since absconded.

​Think a broken tooth is no big deal? Think again. This patient waited 7 days with a swelling that eventually turned into a full-blown facial abscess.

​Because the infection had nowhere to go inside the mouth, it forced its way out through the skin, forming a draining sinus on the jawline. We performed an immediate drainage to relieve the pressure and pain.

​✅ The lesson: Root stumps are a ticking time bomb for bacteria. Get them checked before they become a facial emergency!

এটি এটা ভাঙনি (ফ্ৰ্যাক্চাৰ) ৰ কেচ। ছবিখনত দেৱা মতে ৰোগীৰ এটা দুৰ্ঘটনা হৈছিল আৰু দাঁত ভগ्न হৈছিল। সেইবাবে আমি এক্স-ৰে কৰাৰ পৰামৰ্শ দিলোঁ আৰু এক্স-ৰে চোৱাত নিশ্চিত হোৱাৰ পিছত যে দাঁতটো ৰক্ষা কৰিব পৰা যাব, আমি RCT কৰিছিলোঁ আৰু শ্ৰেষ্ঠ ফলাফলৰ বাবে জিৰ্ক’নীয়া কেপ দি চিকিৎসা সম্পূৰ্ণ কৰিলোঁ।

This is a case of fracture. As we can see in the picture, the patient had an accident and broken her teeth. So we recommended to do a x-ray and after confirming that the tooth can be saved,we have done RCT and finished with a zirconia cap for the best results
