The session focused on how language, attention, and cognitive framing influence pain perception, patient engagement, and treatment outcomes—especially in chronic pain conditions where biomedical interventions alone are often insufficient.

Integrating evidence-based psychological strategies with interventional pain medicine is no longer optional—it’s necessary.

It is indeed an honor to have been invited as a Faculty and Guest Speaker at ISSPCON 2024, the 38th Annual National Conference of the Indian Society for the Study of Pain in Pune. I am privileged to have presented on the topic of Neuro-linguistic programming in chronic pain, marking a significant milestone as the first of its kind.
