“Why am I dark down there?”
“Is discharge normal?”
“Why does it hurt?”
“Why do I leak urine?”

If you’ve ever secretly Googled these questions… you are not alone. 🤍

These concerns are far more common than most women realise, but because nobody talks openly about them, many continue to suffer silently, feel embarrassed, or rely only on internet searches for answers.

The truth is — your body is always trying to tell you something.

Sometimes it may be due to infections.
Sometimes hormonal changes.
Sometimes weak pelvic floor muscles.
And sometimes, the reason may be deeper than you think.

That’s why it’s important to understand the root cause instead of ignoring symptoms or self-diagnosing online.

As a dermatologist, many of these concerns are something I help women with every single day — and with the right diagnosis and treatment, they absolutely can improve. ✨

You deserve answers.
You deserve comfort.
And most importantly, you deserve to talk about it without shame.

I’ll be sharing more information about these concerns very soon, so stay tuned and follow for medically correct, honest conversations around women’s intimate health. 🤍

Not just treating skin…
Walking the red carpet for every scar healed, every confidence restored, and every patient who learned to love their reflection again ✨

Tonight’s couture?
A little evidence-based medicine, a little empathy, and a whole lot of barrier repair. 🖤

it’s about confidence, identity, healing, and stories written on skin.

Summer camps + hot weather = extra care for your little ones ☀️👧🧒

With all the outdoor fun, sweat, sun exposure, and constant running around, kids are more prone to tanning, rashes, dehydration, and skin irritation during summer camps.

Here are a few simple tips parents should not forget:
✨ Apply sunscreen before they step out
✨ Keep them well hydrated throughout the day
✨ Use light, breathable cotton clothes
✨ Don’t forget caps and sunglasses
✨ Keep a small hand towel and wet wipes handy
✨ Moisturise after bathing to prevent dryness
✨ Watch for heat rashes and itching early

A little prep goes a long way in keeping summer fun and stress-free.
Because happy kids = worry-free parents 💛☀️

Think sunscreen is only for outdoors? Think again. ☀️➡️💻

Even indoors, your skin is exposed to UVA rays through windows and blue light from screens—both of which silently accelerate pigmentation, tanning & premature ageing.

High screen time = more oxidative stress on your skin.
Night owls with devices? Your skin still needs protection.

✨ Daily SPF isn’t optional anymore—it’s your skin’s insurance.

Apply. Reapply. Protect. Always.

Most people see a dermatologist too late.
If a rash, pimple, acne, or hair fall lasts more than a month, don’t ignore it.

If a skin or hair problem keeps coming back, that’s not “normal.”

Burns, cuts, bleeding—get them checked before infection sets in.

Any change in a mole’s size, color, shape, or texture is not optional to ignore.
Early diagnosis changes outcomes.
Delay only makes treatment harder.

Gua sha is not a facelift. It’s a de-puffing tool.

It helps lymphatic drainage, improves circulation, and gives a temporary glow.
But collagen boost, skin tightening, or reversing sagging? No. Aging happens deeper—fat, collagen, even bone.

Use it for what it actually does, not for false promises.

Had too much Holi fun?

Now let your skin recover the right way.

Don’t scrub or aggressively rub the colors off. Use a mild cleanser and wash gently. Follow it up with a good, barrier-repair moisturizer and keep your routine simple for a few days.

If you use actives like retinol or exfoliating acids, give your skin a 5 to 7 day break before restarting them. Red-light therapy can also help calm inflammation and speed up healing.

And if you notice persistent redness, rashes, irritation, or burns then don’t try to fix it at home. See your dermatologist.
