Let’s be real... running this committee was nothing short of a rollercoaster, but this Core Team made chaos look like choreography✨

Led by Ms. K. Susmitha Florence and Mr. Prasoon Shah, powered into action by Mr. Apoorv Sonkar and Mr. Tanish Patel, and made financially bulletproof thanks to Mr. Deepanshu Soni and Ms. Suhani Sahu—this wasn’t just a committee, it was a full-blown dream team. 💥
Playing it safe? Never heard of that.

They took Rangmanch from the eternal “hoga ya nahi hoga?” group-chat debate to one of Athena’s biggest wins. And while creating something spectacular, they also made sure our favorite traditions never lost their magic—Palchin, Ethnic Day, Garba, Holi... every celebration hit just right. 💃🏻🪩

Of course, every great team needs a strong pillar behind it. A special shout-out to our Faculty-In-Charge, Mr. Ayush Jaiswal, who was the backbone of this journey. Your constant guidance, unwavering support, and belief in us gave every event the push it needed to become a reality. Simply put, none of this would have been possible without you. 🙌✨

From last-minute crisis meetings and caffeine-fueled planning sessions to backstage panic, loud laughs, and unforgettable standing ovations, this team gave every event their all. Countless hours, endless teamwork, and a whole lot of heart—that’s what made the magic happen. ❤️
They didn’t just run Athena—they raised the bar, rewrote the playbook, and left it bigger, brighter, and better than they found it.
Here’s to the late-night hustles, the impossible deadlines we somehow survived, the inside jokes, the memories we’ll never stop talking about, and a Core Team that absolutely understood the assignment!
Signing off from the top… but forever Athena’s biggest hype squad.❤️

From stepping into Athena with an unmatched burst of energy to officially wrapping up his time as our Joint Secretary, Tanish Patel has truly been the life of our collective journey.
We all know him as the guy who turns any ordinary meeting into a core memory, a strategic organizer, a fashion icon, and a true connoisseur of a good time. Throughout Session ‘26, he didn’t just handle the heavy lifting behind our major projects; he infused every single milestone with a legendary celebratory spirit.
As Joint Secretary, Tanish acted as our ultimate spark plug, keeping the momentum going with infectious enthusiasm, ironclad reliability, and a perfectly timed plan to lift everyone’s mood (and making it all look incredibly suave!). Thank you, Tanish, for the late nights of dedication, your unbeatable presence, and for leaving us with a treasure trove of epic stories.
Athena’s social calendar won’t hit quite the same without your signature spark, but we know you’re bound for even brighter spotlights.

From becoming a part of the Athena family to growing into one of its most dependable pillars, Apoorv Sonkar has truly left an unforgettable mark on our journey.

As our Joint Secretary, Apoorv embodied dedication, reliability, and an unwavering commitment to every responsibility he took on. No matter the challenge, he was always someone the team could count on. Behind his calm presence was a perfectionist who ensured that every detail was taken care of, making every event a little smoother and every memory a little more special.

But beyond the responsibilities, Apoorv’s passion for photography gave Athena something priceless. Through his lens, he didn’t just capture photographs—he captured emotions, friendships, victories, laughter, and the countless little moments that make Athena what it is. Long after the events are over, those memories will continue to live on because of him.

From the moment Prasoon Shah walked into the Athena family with a guitar in hand, he brought more than just music—he brought passion, energy, leadership, and a rhythm that kept us all going.

Whether he’s turning every practice into a jam session, effortlessly stealing the spotlight with his style, or lifting the team’s spirits with a song, Prasoon is the kind of person who makes every moment memorable. And as our Co-Convenor in Session ‘26, he does exactly what great leaders do—lead with unwavering dedication, endless positivity, and the quiet assurance that everything will fall into place. Even with a plastered arm, nothing manages to slow down his spirit.

Thank you, Prasoon, for being the backbone of our biggest events, for the countless hours you’ve poured into Athena, for every melody that became a memory, and for reminding us that leadership is about inspiring people just as much as guiding them.

Athena may miss your voice echoing through every event, but your legacy will always be a part of who we are.

Signing off as our Co-Convenor, but never signing out of the Athena family. 💙

From walking into the Athena family with a heart full of enthusiasm to signing off as an incredible Convenor of the Session ‘26, Susmitha Florence has truly embodied what it means to lead with passion, purpose, and heart.

We first met Florence in Session ‘25 as our spirited Joint Treasurer—a gifted dancer, a dedicated teammate, life of the party and someone whose infectious energy lit up every room she entered. But in Session ‘26, she didn’t just raise the bar—she redefined it.

As Convenor, Florence became the heart and backbone of Athena. Through every challenge, every event, every late-night meeting, and every ambitious idea, she led with unwavering dedication, quiet strength, and a smile that reminded us to enjoy the journey. Whether it was guiding the team through our biggest milestones or breaking into a dance move to lift everyone’s spirits, she made leadership look effortless.

Her vision shaped our successes, her resilience inspired us to keep pushing forward, and her kindness made Athena feel less like an organization and more like a family. The memories she helped create will stay with us long after this session comes to an end.

As one chapter closes, another begins. While Athena won’t be the same without your presence, your legacy will continue to inspire every member who follows in your footsteps.

Thank you for every sacrifice, every lesson, every laugh, and every unforgettable moment. ❤️

Signing off as our Convenor, but forever a part of our legacy. Once family, always family.

You can always reach out to her at Florence✨
