Sudden blindness is never “just weakness.”
This patient came in with severe headache, confusion and sudden loss of vision.
Tests showed severe hyponatremia (dangerously low sodium).
MRI revealed a large pituitary macroadenoma, a tumor near the brain’s hormone centre. Surgery was done.
Post-surgery wasn’t easy. The patient needed ventilator support and intensive monitoring. But step by step, recovery happened.
Today:
• Vision and health improving
• Discharged from hospital
• Preparing for bank exams again
