Lumbar Spondylolisthesis Grade I + Pars Fracture 🦴
Grade I spondylolisthesis with a pars fracture needs controlled rehabilitation—not aggressive spinal movements.
🎯 Rehab goals: ✅ Reduce pain & irritation
✅ Improve core stability
✅ Strengthen glutes & hip muscles
✅ Improve pelvic control
✅ Gradually restore functional strength
⚠️ Avoid repeated lumbar hyperextension, heavy lifting, loaded twisting, and exercises that reproduce pain—especially during an active/painful phase.
💡 Remember: Stabilize → Strengthen → Progress → Return to function.
