You should never make your diet fat free.
Different body processes and certain NUTRIENTS require fat as a medium to get dissolved, absence of fat will results in deficiency of nutrients . So consume WISELY .

You need not reduce your sodium intake , if you are not hypertensive . Don't unnecessary chose low sodium products , you may land up with weakness and low BP.

firstly, in a large kadai heat 2 tbsp oil and saute Β½ tsp cumin and 1 tsp kasuri methi until it turns aromatic.
add 1 onion, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute well.
further, add 400 grams beans and stir fry for 2 minutes.
also add Β½ tsp turmeric, Β½ tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, Β½ tsp garam masala, Β½ tsp aamchur and ΒΎ tsp salt.
saute for a minute or until spices are well combined.
cover and cook for 5 minutes or until beans are half cooked.
now add 1 tomato and mix well.
cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until tomatoes soften.
