AI is no longer optional in nutrition research — it’s essential.

It was a pleasure conducting the “AI in Nutrition Research” workshop for the PG Clinical Nutriton and Dietetics students of Ethiraj College for Women (Autonomous), Chennai.

From 📚 struggling with literature overload to 🧠 using AI to search, organise, analyse & communicate research efficiently

The session focused on:
✔ Smarter literature discovery
✔ Organising papers without overwhelm
✔ Using AI for basic data interpretation
✔ Translating research into meaningful nutrition insights

The curiosity, questions, and engagement from the students clearly showed one thing — the next generation of nutrition researchers is ready to evolve.
