For years I thought “high vibration” meant feeling happy all the time. But happiness is temporary. What I discovered through 11 days of diaphragm breathing was something far more powerful: neutrality. A calm, stable state that isn’t shaken by good news or bad news. 20 minutes, twice a day, 12-15 breaths per minute. Simple. Powerful. Transformative. At first I started with 3 days a week while I incorporated mantras like SOHAM while breathing, then I gradually made it to 11 days at a stretch.
