Many women slowly get used to:
- low energy
- body weakness
- poor stamina
- getting tired very easily
And after some time, they stop questioning it.
They simply think: “Maybe this is just age.”
But sometimes, the body may actually be trying to tell us something.
Anemia. Poor nutrition. Low iron. Poor sleep. Thyroid problems. Chronic health issues.
These things can slowly affect energy levels over time.
Recently, I saw a postmenopausal woman whose main complaint was severe tiredness. Her hemoglobin was only 8.8.
At that point, the first priority was not complicated treatment.It was:
- correcting the anemia
- improving nutrition
- rebuilding strength
Not every symptom is serious.
But constant exhaustion should not simply be ignored as “normal aging” either.
Sometimes the body is not aging badly. It may simply need help.
