Process of Transformation.
The first and foremost thing to succeed is not HOW to achieve. It's your WHY.
A lot of studies are available on WHY factor because it determines your stages and possibility to be successful.
Now I'm applying the Analogy
1. I'm the healthiest version of myself. because, I don't eat CRAP/Junk food.
2. Exercise regularly atleast for 75 min's with less distractions incl. Phone and people for atleast 6 days. NO CHEATING 🤪.
I'll call it as "ME TIME". And during the day keep yourself active and hydrated and go back to sedentary life style.
3. Keeping myself Hydrated, with regular drinking water only and don't overdo it.
4, Protein play a major role, you need to consume as per your body weight. Deficiency leads to health ailments. source (www.healthline.com)
5. Don't skip breakfast and avoid/ minimise sugar and sweets, incl. Desserts and Icecream.
6. When it comes to weight-loss, the food you
intake post sunset matters.
7. I'd eat 6-8 times a day in a phased manner with lot of nuts, fruits and vegetables, preferably Carrot, cucumber, Guava and all seasonal fruits except some high in Sugar.
8. My Breakfast and lunch would be 6 type of Millets(changed every week), spinach, Dal , Egg whites, country chicken, fish & all vegetables and my dinner would be Boiled Brocolli and Carrot.
9. Sleep is good rejuvenation process and it can prevents Aging.
10. Have a Positive Mindset. Never worry for things which are not in your control.
11. Lastly, never expect Motivation from anyone Including your family members during the weight loss journey.
Just summarised, my experience, my journey and mindset and valid details during my weightloss journey.
