Vinyasa Krama Yoga
Vinyasa Krama is a Yogic method passed down the generations by T. Krishnamacharya - recognized as one of the most influential yoga teachers of the 20th century. Often referred to as "the father of modern yoga" Krishnamacharya's students include many of yoga's most renowned and influential teachers: K. Pattabhi Jois , B. K. S. Iyengar, T. K. V. Desikachar, Srivatsa Ramaswami and Iyengar.

"Vinyasa krama is taught by my guru Srivatsa Ramaswami, a direct descendant of TKrishnamacharya. Vinyasa Krama is asequence which focuses on connecting breath with movement and exploring the breath ineach asana thereby expanding the prana inside our body." - Joshna Ramakrishnan

What you will learn
An immersive experience is one where students "learn by doing". In this 2 day immersive workshop we will learn how to use breath to lead movement and how a static and dynamic practice can transform our body and mind. We will focus on building a healthy practice and delve into understanding how yoga can bring light to unresolved issues in our lives.

About your instructor
Joshna Ramakrishnan considers herself first, a student. A student of Yoga, Philosophy, Psychology and Science. She has traveled the length and breath of the world exploring, learning, practicing and teaching Yoga. She is currently based in Guangzhou, China where she has founded her studio, 'Atma Yoga Shala'. She has successfully mentored hundreds of aspiring Yoga teachers and certified them with the Yoga Alliance RYT200 certification.
