I.E when we eat any whole food that contains fibre that fibre content doesn't get digest or dissolved in body and it direct clear with the bowel.
But fibre has its own importance.

Timely steps taken to focus on Health & making it lifestyle is required.

Some Tips to start your Journey for Weight Loss.

📌 Protein in every Meal whether it be Breakfast, Lunch Snacks or Dinner. Every Meal should have enough protein with lesser in Calories.
📌 Fibre rich Foods in the meal will keep you fill fuller & help you clear your bowel movement and better Digestion.
