This is my lunch today, but If I eat like this everyday, my shed rate can go up.
Why?
This plate lacks protein.
For regrowing hair at a faster than normal rate, next to regular scalp-oiling, I would suggest you include protein in your daily diet. Atleast in one of your daily meals. I will probably have a cup of soy for dinner to make up for the lack of protein in my lunch.
In my experience, I have had my hair growth spurts on months my protein intake was steady. More than topical protein treatments, which might absolutely suit some but could turn out to be a brittle-hair disaster for other people, consuming protein is less risky, more advantageous.
It shows up on your skin, nails and overall physic as well.
I'm sharing the screenshots of references I've collected from different people across reddit, and our long hair community forum - their hair-experiences after tweaking their protein intake. I grew up being a member of these forums, which helped me immensely grow out my hair.
If this post inspires you to become protein-conscious, start today and come back to tell me how it helped. I'll be so happy to hear from you. Results should be visible in as little as 4-6 weeks if you're consistent.
Though there are other essential micronutrients for the best hair growth rate one could achieve, I would say just start with protein, especially if you feel like your plate lacks protein.
P.S: That's some flavor loaded lemon fusilli pasta and sauteed vegetables I made for lunch in my 15 minute work break.
I searched for and bought this ceramic plate after I saw my current favorite restaurant serving my dinners on these. Not just hair, I can be tableware-obsessed sometimes.
